Advantages:

Очень тёплый дом. Много отдельных комнат. Большая гостинная-кухня. Много розеток для зарядки раций, гаджетов и подключения сушилок для обуви. Два с/у. На участке мангал и банька с фурако.

Disadvantages:

Дешёвый ремонт. Отсутствие сушильной комнаты или шкафа. На кухне отсутствует вытяжка. Одна из комнат на 2 эт. без окна.
