Уютный гостевой дом "Dream House" для компании 8(10) человек. Из панорамных окон открывается прекрасный вид на гору зеленая. На первом этаже кухня (посуда для приготовления), обеденная зона с большим столом, 2 санузла, душ, зал с огромным диваном и тв. На втором этаже: 4 спальни, две из них с двуспальной кроватью, и две с двуспальной и односпальной кроватями. В доме имеется все необходимое для комфортного отдыха: бытовая техника, аудиосистема, телевизор. Возле дома: парковка, беседка и мангальная зона (шампура, решетки, казан), качели, в летний период устанавливается бассейн, гамак, батут.
К гостевому дому ведет асфальтированная дорога, прямой выезд на сектор в (1200 метров)
На территории находится русская баня на дровах, и банный чан с теплой водой.
