Disadvantages:

Было очень жарко, ночью открыть окно нельзя, так как кровать прям у окна, батарея не регулируется, спать тяжело. Кухня маленькая, посуды мало. Для такого размещения цена очень высокая.

Advantages:

Внешний вид стен из толстого бревна смотрится внушительно. Баня хорошая. Но только финская. В предбаннике очень тепло.

Disadvantages:

Плохое уплотнение между бревен. Поэтому слышимость соседей 💯. Матрас полный отстой, пружины впиваются в тело.
