Advantages:

Приятный администратор

Disadvantages:

Мало парковочных мест, пришлось ставить машину за территорией у дороги, в номере было грязно ( блестки на полу, пивная крышка на подоконнике, мыльные разводы в душевой ), ужасная слышимость (особенно был треш, когда соседи решили «развлечься» в 5 утра ), общая кухня это вообще что то (она в коридоре, грязная плита, вонючий холодильник)
