Теплый, просторный дом с видом на гору Зеленую. 4 изолированные комнаты на втором этаже рассчитаны на 8 человек, есть возможность организовать 2 дополнительных спальных места в гостиной. Три санузла, укомплектованная кухня (плита, вытяжка, посудомойка, холодильник, микроволновка, вся посуда), гостиная зона с большим столом и LED телевизором. Отдельная комната- сушилка (для вещей и снаряжения), Имеется кабельное телевидение, Wi-Fi. Находится в удобном месте, 5 минут до сектора B («Хлебница», «Булочка», «Восток», «Мустаг») вид из окна на гору. Всегда расчищен подъезд к дому, рядом широкая дорога на сектор В.
Есть возможность разместить большие компании (рядом два одинаковых дома на 8+2 мест)
В доме запрещено курить, в том числе кальян, электронные сигареты, Айкос. Заселение в 15.00, выезд в 12.00
