Есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Аж 3 телевизора и интернет, посудомойка, отпариватель и стиральная машина. Сушилка для обуви очень спасала тех кто катался

Disadvantages:

Унитаз немного расшатан и порой появлялся странный запах в санузле, как будто из слива
