Деревянный дом 2021 года строительства, размещение до 10 человек, 4 изолированных комнаты. В доме есть все для комфортного проживания.

Первый этаж! Тёплые пол. Отдельная комната с двумя односпальными кроватями. Большая гостиная с зоной кухни (раскладной диван, tv, wifi, колонка jbl, кухонные принадлежности, холодильник, микроволновка, посудомойка, плита с духовым шкафом и вытяжкой, чайник, стол на 10-12 человек), санузел.

Второй этаж! Три спальни, в каждой спальне большая двуспальная кровать (также переделывается в 2 односпальные).
Детская кроватка, санузел, душевая, стиральная машина, утюг, фен.

Летняя территория

На территории дома расположены: бассейн (с подогревом до 35гр. ), терраса с лежаками, беседка, зона барбекю, батут, качель, детская песочница. Шампура, решотки и казан.

На территории есть баня на дровах.
