Advantages:

Маленький аккуратный домик, уютный. На лето будет здорово если добавят стол и стулья на крыльце, так как там очень приятно посидеть завтракать или ужинать. В доме нужно заменить напольное покрытие так как уголки паркетной доски загнулись от тёплого пола и очень цепляют носки. И стулья нужно заменить, сломаны ножки
