Advantages:

Большой, теплый дом, регулируемая температура по комнатам. Прихожая-сушилка с креплениями под борд/лыжи, бойлер выдерживает 6 человек после каталки, никто не мылся холодной водой. Наличие посудомойки, большая колонка. Вид на горы из окна. Блэкаут шторы.

Disadvantages:

Нет большого мусорного бака у дома, только на главной улице, пришлось складировать пакеты на террасе.
